DVD Policies
- All the videos you create with us are also stored in our hard drive system. This allows us to access
 your videos for future DVD duplication.
- Once a DVD is finalized, agreed upon by both the client and Hometown Productions, and submitted for burn; it cannot be changed unless the purchase of a new menu package is agreed upon.
*Not responsible if DVD disc does not play in a specific dvd player once it is established that the dvd disc is fully functional in other DVD players.
Disclaimer and Guarantee
All DVDs will be tested and guaranteed to work the first time. Once it is established that the DVD disc is functional; all liability for the disc’s functionality rests upon the purchasing client.
Hometown Productions.tv, LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen DVDs, scratched DVDs after the establishment of functionality, the functionality of the DVD on dysfunctional DVD players or DVD players that will not play our produced DVDs, and the ware and tare of DVD covers.
Hometown Productions.tv, LLC also reserves the right to reproduce a client’s DVD or videos for our promotional uses.
