2. The guarantee that the program works the way it is intended to**

Hosting: Included in your hosting package is:

1. Server space
2. Ability to create unique domain name
3. Ability to create unlimited amount of email addresses
4. Ability to implement video into web site
5. Etc.

Management: Included in your hosting package is:

1. Daily updates to your web site
2. Daily monitoring of your site
3. Redesign implementations to the site
4. Etc.
